$25,000.00 Cashier Check, Certified Check, or Similar, made out in Buyer's Name is required prior to Auction start. Check is Refundable that day if you are not the high bidder.
10% of the Winning Bid Amount MUST be deposited into the Escrow within 24 hours of Auction Close. Balance must be funded within 40 days.

Opening Bid is $100,000
Total Sale Price will include a 10% Buyer's Premium that is added to the Hammer Bid to become the Total Sale Amount.
Buyer ~ Brokers/Agents are encouraged to participate and will be paid up to 3% of the Hammer Price should their clients close. Broker/Agents will need to fill out forms prior to Auction start.
Due Diligence is required of Buyers prior to the auction. This property is not being sold subject to any contingencies. It is sold AS-IS and With All Faults Included.
Balance Funding of Purchase money must be placed into Escrow within 40 days after the Auction is concluded.
